As is Newt's. He is running as a DC outsider, as they all do, even though he has been there for decades.

He keeps vowing he won't drop out. In previous elections he would have exited the stage by now but with the new rules there is no reason to. The Supreme Court decision protecting unlimited anonymous donations means anyone can stay in the race forever with no need of momentum. The Republican race is over, it's Romney, but some of the others keep hanging around.
