Maybe you're right.

It makes me sad every time I see Drew's name. That's ironic because he was about the most upbeat FoxPro presenter around. "All this comes for free," he liked to say. His enthusiasm for VFP 3 was contagious. It was a close call who talked faster, him or Ken Levy. And I doubt I'm the only one who opened the newest FoxPro Advisor magazine every month and read his Tips and Tricks column first.

The official account of his death has never rung right for me. A murder-suicide, it was decided, based on the account of one witness who was probably high. I don't know about the suicide part, there might be things I just never saw, but I refuse to believe he would have taken his son with him. I saw them together at the DevCon in San Diego and the love between them was clear. Big wheels and little wheels. There is no way he would have thrown Brent to his death. No way.
