A few changes have been applied tonight on the site.

The major two changes have the advantage of not being related to specific security issues that some high end sophisticated security software might have blocked in the past thinking that a site under a FRAMESET design or the call to the javascript window.open was bad. Both have been superceeded by something better.

Some of the advantages:

Only one Universal Thread browser window should be effective at all time
Selection pick list, calendar, color and so on are appearing the same browser window
The above line applies in modal mode making it easier for the selection
As is, this loads faster as there is no need to load an additional browser instance

Please, note that the previously supported option to allow resizing of a portion of the interface is no longer supported. However, all the related settings remain in the account profile and can be adjusted from there. However, the resizing of the browser window will also resize the mid area of the support area, such as it was before.

If you remained in the support area since then, I invite you to close all your browser windows and restart them, at least the one to get in the Universal Thread, so to benefit from the latest cache files.
