I have experienced the same problem. More and more my users want the capability to export a report so the report can be emailed to others in the company. The only solution I could find was a 3rd party product called FoxWord. It converts your report to an RTF file which can be read by WordPad. It works great and the users love it! Much better than the text generated reports I used to give them.
