How/why did you decide on Toad ? I have previously used xCase and dbcX, but not extensively.
Currently looking for a DD able to work with SQLite and PostgerSQL besides Oracle and MS-SQL.

Need to access the info not only to model and alter, but also programmatically or via SQL.
Extensability would be a plus as well, but could be handled via separate tables.
