If you are not attaching files, than the only option is to include in the body or add a link to a Web site so the user can access everything as needed.

If in the body, I try to limit the width to 530 or so. So, you can include a very long table. The mailer should be able to display it ok with the horizontal scrollbar which will probably appear. Otherwise, you may consider breaking the table in multiple tables as you see fit.
