Now that the free MS Security Essentials is available, I don't see much reason to use 3rd-party AV in a non-corporate setting. I've had a lot of trouble with McAfee and Symantec over the years, I'd say get rid of them and use MSE.

What I find a bit scary is that Intel bought McAfee, and is considering baking it into systems at the BIOS level: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2395005,00.asp

IIRC you can uninstall Dell utilities in Programs & Features. You might want to leave any Dell Wireless Assistant in place, but I don't think any of the others are necessary for the functioning of your computer.
