After upgrading a machine from Windows 95 to NT (I use worksation) it can read one of the disks (in the machine which now has NT) which Win95 had formatted to FAT32.

I have run into some difficulties, though, with the capitalization of file and directory names while using FoxPro DOS in a peer machine (Win95).
