Good day.
I am writing a VFP app that would transfer financial indicators into Excel tables.
I would like to make it flexible so here is my idea.
In a cell where an indicator should be placed i edit the comment. A VFP explression is entered into the comment.
Something like Foo(Id1)+Foo(Id2)...
Foo being a function that returns a numeric value of the financial indicator.
Id1 is an identifier of an indicator.
The app checks the cells for not empty(.Comment) and then evaluates the comment string and puts the result in the cell's value.

Is it a viable solution?
Maybe there is a better one, i would not like to reinvent a bicycle here.

Regards
Kamil
