I am not the greatest programmer but have made a prg that accepts parameters and uses blat.dll which I am happy to hand out. Sounds as though you've moved on though.

The parameters distinguish between mass mailing (uses BCC), singles and many to different individuals (eg personalised or with a report which might be different for each target)
