Hi,

Thank a lot for your kind and patient help towards my problem. However, the
first part of the sql command produce what I want , the second part didn't work as planned. It had missing records when I brow it after processing, therefore, the end result also had missing records in it.

My data had multi records of the same date with same data but different time records.

Still cannot feature what is wrong with the Select emp_id, out_time, late where out_time in (select max(out_time) from t_ndata )......... which give some missing results.

Any advise or helps is really appreciated. Thank alot.
