A couple of weeks ago my credit card was stolen and when the next monthly payment went from PayPal it was rejected. I changed the CC number at their site but there was something skunky in the works and we could not get it to work. Rob Conery, the main guy, got involved directly. By his count there were 22 emails back and forth between us and we both got extremely frustrated. He solved it today by issuing me a new password. I cannot salute him enough for sticking with it. Not only does he offer world class content, he offers world class customer service. Recommending TekPub is a complete no brainer.
