If you're using the ISAPI listener you have to manually configure the mappings, because the SoapToolkit installer doesn't properly install the script maps. I can't recall the details exactly, but that should give you a starting point...

Just to get it running it might be easier to use the ASP listener instead first... then switch to the iSAPI one once it all works and manually configure.
