First, I always seem to have a problem to select which forum and/or category to place this type of questions.
Anyway. I just files the W-2/W-3 reports to the SSA (first time doing it electronically). At the end of the "painful" process <g>, I see a PDF report (for my records). The page showing the PDF report has a button (looks like a computer diskette) that is supposed to let me save this document to my computer drive. But no matter how many times I click on this button, nothing happens. What am I missing? TIA.
