I have found that same as well. The biggest issue with IE 9 is that is no longer displays the HTML Title tag, which is against the standard HTML protocol, on top of the browser window. So, basically, the browser window is all empty on top and pages using that HTML Title tag, which is pretty much all pages, cannot have their title to be displayed on top.

The standard menu is also something that I have difficulties with. This one might be related to a setting but I was not able to find a way to have the regular file menu to appear as is but on the upper right section with the limited Home, Favorites and Tools menus.
