I recently switched banks, and I updated my bank account info. on Google Checkout. I did not receive a trial deposit to verify my bank account. So I checked into it, and the routing number is incorrect. I cannot change it until I verify the deposit amount, which I can't do because I never received it. I tried to contact them through their useless contact form, and all I receive it the same automated response. It has been 2 weeks now, and I have money that I need to transfer to my bank account that is sitting in my Google Checkout account. I am so angry that they choose not to help their customers. How are they supposed to fix problems, if nobody can call or email them about it? I am done with Google, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
