This is the kind of statement that makes me skeptical of a lot of things you say. (Not everything; you remain the Grid Goddess). We have the best postal service in the world.

Unless the British postal service has gone drastically down hill during the past 10 years (I do not know), IMHO, they are much better than the postal service here. At least they were when I lived there...
