And I bet they can scale to handle that. I bet they can do it without the watchful eye of the US Government which controls the purse strings of the USPS no matter how they deny it.
Of course the scale will also scale back as more and more physical mail is replaced by E-Mail/E-Commerce until time of war with space capable weapons.
