You need to follow the instructions on the map, ie, navigate in the map to the location you found the problem and right-click on it. Select from the pop-up menu the "Report Problem" option, select from the drop down what is the problem, ie "Address" and there are some extra instructions, ie move the marker to the exact location etc. and you should write the problem you found in the "Problem Description" editbox
