>I have been trying to read a Excel spreadsheet. What is the property that will give me the actual number of rows and columns. The Rows.Count returns the total number of rows, not the number of rows populated.
usedrange.rows.count gives me the number of rows used EXCEPT when the user accesses rows beyond the populated rows. even a clear does not unuse those rows.
