I use Windows Microsoft Virtual PC, and create a virtual machine running XP and XP mode to run old FoxPro for DOS SBT applications. Everything works fine, with hardly a hiccup. Cost of software is zero, assuming you use an existing XP license (which likely isn't a problem).
