No. 25 already exists. We were at some friends of ours house warming party a couple of weeks ago (they are millionaires and bought a super large luxury home, looks like Beverly Hills mansion) and they had the toilet (and demoed to us) that raises the seat as you approach. Then it lowers automatically. It does (I believe) a couple of other tricks. So we just need to work on the first 24 items.
