Seems to me the key issue is this:

...more than 3,000 white farmers of European origin had been murdered in South Africa in racially motivated attacks. Since the end of Apartheid, more than 30,000 whites have been murdered...

True or False? Apparently the 3000 farmers figure could be true including 1600 since 2010, in which case its a reach to call somebody "neo-nazi" for saying so, especially if they have connections to Southern Africa. Not sure that's the case here... it's easy enough to scour this sad old world for examples of any sort of bad behavior if you want a justification for mayhem. On the other hand, it's an important point since systematic murder on the basis of race strikes at the basis of civilization, as does turning away and pretending not to see. Who can say where the truth lies in every case and you could go crazy trying to figure it all out. Maybe that's why people grab hold of slogans and run with them.

/edit/ turns out that lots of similar protests took place in front of State Capitol buildings organized by something called the "South Africa Project". Only two of the protests received any media attention after they were attacked by groups using "Occupy" banners. FWIW, here's a quote from the Pennsylvania protest:

This is about extermination of an ethnic group... [The murder of White farmers in South Africa] is genocide. If it were any other ethnic group, Hollywood actors and the media would be falling over themselves to support the cause.

True or false? ;-)
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
