Thanks, the News section is like that since last year. But, the summary of all news on the main page was not. Jobs and meetings, when they will occur, will also have their own images to identify themselves. This follow the trend of social appearances. But, inside the support area, such as you see here in the last 10 news, you will be hover to move the mouse over the item and obtain the same. This will be similar to the Facebook approach when using the upper right news feed.
