I heard back from MS. VFP 6.0 includes 3 CD's, one for VFP adn two for MSDN. The select CD upgrade only includes the VFP CD, so the MSDN CD's need to be obtained by calling Microsoft.

I alos saw here recently that some web auction sites are supplying only the VFP CD and omitting the MSDN CD's.
