If you don't mind, I have a question on a related subject. If a table has a Primary Key I understand that SQL Server automatically create an index on this key. This index is using in queries and not only for maintaining the PK constraint, right? That is, there is not need to create a regular index on this column, right?

>Any changes to the tables are applied immediately after you save them. You have an option to generate a script instead and run it when it's convenient for you.
