This problem is not related to the speed of the computer. It occurs just as well on Pentium 100 and 200 series PC's. I believe there is some sort of memmory contention between the Watcom C compiler for Fox and Novell. What generally happens is that if you bring up Fox first, there is no problem. If you bring up several apps like MS Office and others, then you get the problem. And the problem still occurs if you close these other apps. The only way to get it to work is to reboot the machine.
If you bring up Fox first and then bring these other apps up and several more, the program works just fine.
Go figure. I am going to try finding somebody who can run this with Microsoft's Netware Client for Win95 and see if it helps.
