What's set('path')?
Maybe your resource file is corrupted?
>ope that's not it. BTW, I confirmed that all the default paths are set. But, now, I cannot open my project... I get an invalid path again. It is my present project too! :(

>>I have used Thor from day one, but I have never had any problems like you describe. I suggest that you go to Tools->Options->File Locations, and make sure that you have everything right there. And make sure to press Set As Default if you make any changes.

>>>I have been trying to open the class browser... It says invalid path name error 202. When I type ?_browser it shows up as NULL
>>>If I set it via _obrowser=home()+'browser.app', it doesn't stick. What happens is, when the first time I call it, it gives me the error and when I type ?_oBrowser I get NULL again. This is also happening with other tools as well. (component gallery, task pane, and toolbox)

>>>I have Thor installed and been using it for months, but it has never given me grief before, if that is why. I really like the tools, but will remove them if you think it would help.
