>>Forget that hungarian crap that Michel uses.... program to the interface...

>I have heard this term before "programming to interface" but never can really wrap my mind around it. I have an excellent book on C# that describe what Interface is and how to work with them but I still don't get it. If you can think of how to describe this concept (programming to interface) in a couple of sentences (kind of in the "for dummies" <g>), I would appreciate it. If you don't have time, don't worry; I won't take it personally.

Take into account that the "hungarian crap" writing convention and the "program to the interface" concept are not mutually exclusive, you can apply the "program to the interface" concept using "hungarian crap" notation, it was just a uncalled for insult to Michel.
