This situation has been simulated at Microsoft as well as with another member here. That requires a site with significant amount of hits. If you only have a few hits here and there, you will probably not run into the situation. But, if you respond to 30k to 1 million hits a day, you will get it.
My application does not get that many hits at all; not even close. It works in an Intranet setting for an organization of maybe up to 1000 people. And they don't use it that much. So, I suppose, I am lucky. I am working on completely moving from VFP database to SQL Server. Therefore in the future it won't be an issue.
