Your original message mentions ASP.NET and the desire to obtain a behavior in regards to that. This is why I moved the thread. Terms & Conditions allows us to move the thread in a proper context on occasional basis. Also, by having done that, this has increased the visibility of your thread as there are more members monitoring .NET forum than the one you posted in originally.
