Raymond, yes it's possible - you can export the records for each report from the xx__RQST table to a temp file, change the user in the rq_user field and append them back into the table. I've moved reports developed at one site into another site this way.

Look in the FF\DBFS folder for the correct table. Our project is O3, and the table is O3__RQST.

PS: As Nancy says, please start a new thread when you have a new question - you'll get more answers that way, because the title will be accurate.

Thanks,
Barbara

>Between you and Erik could one of you tell if it is possible to "add" on the fly Foxfire reports from one user into the app of another user without having to recreate it entirely? I have a user who has developed a set of very complicated reports and want to share them with other users. I really don't want the other users to have to recreate them all.
>>100% agree. Do you find tho' that your users like FoxFire!?
