I'm about to receive 19 billion dollars from my newest friend in Nigeria whose uncle the general acquired this amount but unfortunately died before he could convert it to US dollars. I'm going to assist my friend in the currency conversion and receive the money as a fee for my assistance.

I would like to open a factory which will manufacture a device that will enclose an iceberg and allow it to be towed to Africa to supply some much needed fresh water to the local population. This factory will employ approximately 3,000 workers and I would like to provide them with a health insurance policy.

Considering the recent debate about a federal reuirement to have Catholic religious institutions provide contraceptive services as part of their health insurance policy...........

I'm curious as to what other coverages are mandated by federal law/regulation.
