the foxuser.dbf file
trying deleting the foxuser.dbf and .fpt in the applications directory, so Fox recreates it. It might have become corrupted.
If this was causing the problem and keeps on persisting in the future you can add RESOURCE = OFF in you config.fpw and includ it in the project/application. This way users can't change it and you have complete control over there environment.
