Hi,
If you are compiling on a network drive, copy the project to a local drive and try it. It has something to do with virus scanners and vfp.

I checked out this report and I'm able to edit it, but if I start a new VFP session, I get 'Memo file is missing or invalid' and if I open and modify report first, I get 'File is in Use' error.
