Is there a maximum record length for an sdf text file. I'm still trying to create a text file with variable
length records. I seem to have a problem if the record length is greater than 255.

I have a need to create records, based on record type, that range from a length of 60 characters on
one type to 306 characters on another.

Any help would be appreciated.
