If the picture is in any way related to the text, the mysterious language is Hungarian :). There's a procedure kep_kirajzol (image_drawout), kep_kirajzol_reszlet (image_drawout_detail), oszlop (column), sor (row), kepszam (imagecount), hossz (length) etc etc.
