BTW, I thought it may be a good suggestion to add to this screen an ability to search by User's name/ID. Same in the Downloads section.

There is a workaround - first seach for the user, then go to that user's profile, but having them in the FAQ/Downloads interface can be also helpful, so if you know the person, but not 100% sure, you can search twice/trice by 2/3 people you think of.
