Here is something I just found. It is really cool to test some stuff.

Try this link for example in IE, Firefox and Chrome:

After it is loaded, resize the window + or - and while doing it, you will see that the DIV vertical scrollbar is dynamic. It will appear only when necessary.

Now, try the same code but encapsulated into a table with IE, Firefox and Chrome:

You will see that this continues to work in IE and Chrome but Firefox chokes on the dynamic DIV vertical scrollbar.

This is what I am trying to resolve. If anyone has an idea, let me know.
