Can someone perhaps give me a clue to look at something. At my at home office, I have ATT dsl, with a Motorolo Modem, and Belkin router.

Anyway, some site just want load (they will give the waiting message), and might eventually open the page or will eventuall time out. These are major sites like half.com, ebay.com, and I have even had it happen to Google.com, etc. However, most other pages load immediately. The UT here is immediate.

ATT support has tested the line on their side, and verified the modem is working good and the up/down paths are what the are suppose to be. They also say there is no outages in this area (Florida). Also, Belkin tech support helped me make sure the router is working correctly and all.

Anyway, this is eratic but has happend several times over the last few days.

Any suggestions? Also, any free or reasonable tools (other than dos PING) that can kind of help me figure out what is going on. All this is time consuming and I could use some advice.
