But it seems clear that Kennedy will join the four sure Republican votes on the court and torpedo the individual mandate. Where did you study? It's the role of the legislative branch to enact or repeal laws as they see fit, its the power of the Judicial to strike down unconstitutional laws.... I too am happy to see this monster being gutted like a perch. It was a piece of feel good liberal legislation that increased costs, made criminals of those who didn't participate and forced everyone to pay more...... they railroaded it through the republicans, glad to see the judicial shoving back down liberal throats...
