Sounds like you need more memory. I have no problems with those services running, but I run Update manually rather than automatically.

>For one, sometimes it re-enables Microsoft services that I explicitly shut down (Defender, Firewall and Update, whatever the correct names are and a couple of others I forgot the name), fortunately I learn my lesson and now I know that if my computer starts crawling the first thing I need to check are those services.
