There are hundreds, probably thousands, of converters between audio (and video) formats out there, many of them for free. FreeRIP is one of them. Since I haven't done a lot of this particular conversion myself, I can't recommend any particular product; one feature you should look out for is "batch conversion", to convert multiple files with a single command.
