Add an exception to to firewall.

I am using another third party for sending emails and use the .NET mail class to send emails. However, the third party email provider requires Port 587 to be set for sending emails. I have set this port in the code but I am unable to connect to the smtp server. I am assuming it is because port 587 is not open on my dedicated server.
