Just had to install vfp from the ground up.
Not just a re-install but a complete removal & install.
Distributed and installed an .exe which contained a form with an mscomm32.ocx on it. When the .exe was uninstalled using the setup wiz, about 90% of .ocx controls in vfp now give the message: 'appropriate license for control not found'
When the setup wiz removes the .exe it removes the registry key for vfp .ocx entirely. MS tried to install the key manually, but it did not work. This will be listed on the KB soon, and may happen with other .ocx controls. Watch out removing your apps !!!
