I was looking for a tutorial and i find this

but it does not give the sample code -for downloading-for creating a user control with properties, events, methods
i am not so fluent in english ,anyone of you can give me please a link with a tutorial or complete to create windows user control? that includes creating properties, events, methods? and if it has how to create web user controls better
