2. Downloaded from web site and then installed. Also CDs are mailed.
3. Setup Factory V 9, Exellent software.
4. Unknown. Customers are every day citizens with almost no knowledge of computers. Email users.
My software works on 99% but some just shut it down. Haven't been able to find a key that connects all those that fail.
