You can open a Word doc with images, etc. ctrl-a and then paste into a new Outlook message. When received, it's an HTML body. Is that what you're looking for?

Now when I open the HTML document in Office 2010 I can't seem to find the button to email. Or is it possible to insert this HTML doc right into the body of the email message in Outlook 2010? TIA.
