There has always been the promise from Microsoft that the next version will be the greatest and resolve all problems. When that next version is released, and problems arise, we have the promise, the next service pack will solve all problems. Such is live. It is all about hope, marketing and reality. My reality is not the same as Microsoft’s. I just belong to the wrong religion. :)
