Here's a guess:
Maybe the workstations have custom forms set up in the printer driver setups that set the page length and that supersedes anything in the .frx.
That might explain why calling that printer driver by name when using a label that meets that format works.
What errors were they getting with the set printer to name set up?
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
